Non Australian or Non NZ Orders

Non-Australian or New Zealand Orders

  • For deliveries to Australia or New Zealand please use our AU Decorheaven or NZ DecorHeaven Shops.
  • Apart from our Australian and New Zealand online shops, the other countries we ship to are the USA, UK and Canada all via the Australian shop. No exceptions.
  • We ship to these countries using Australia Post. Shipping from Australia is not cheap.
  • To obtain an estimate of your shipping costs use the Australia Post Calculator.

    • Enter your country in the To destination.

    • Use slider to select a weight. Just guess a weight. Less than one kg for 4 prepasted borders and 1 kg for each roll of wallpaper.
    • See prices - Only selections with signatures are the ones we use.
    • Sit down when you realise the cost is so high.
  • Because of the shipping costs our overseas orders are typically customers that require a roll or two of borders to finish their decorating and these items are no longer available in their home country.
  • Shipping requires a signature.
  • If you are still interested placing an order contact us in Australia, with the:
    • item code,
    • item name,
    • quantity required,
    • estimate of the shipping cost you have calculated from the Australia Post site
    • Preferred shipping method from the Australia Post site
    • Delivery Address
    • Then we will email you to confirm the details and an invoice so you can pay by credit card with PayPal, if you wish to go ahead.


Payment is in Australian dollars. Payment must be by credit card. We email an invoice and you can pay by PayPal online. You can find out about approximate exchange rates online. The final amount charged will depend on the exchange rate charged by your credit card company. Any duties, insurance's, taxes, etc. are the buyers responsibility.

More Ordering Information

  • No Returns.
  • If we do not hear from you within 7 working days from us sending the invoice we will cancel your order.
  • Stock cannot be held for longer than 7 working days.
  • The delivery address must be a street location and not a post box.
  • For items in stock delivery takes about 10-20 days depending on location.
  • Out of stock items may need to be ordered in first so delivery can take 6-7 weeks. Usually these are items when the availability information is marked as a special order or have no stock available. Once sold out, goods on sale, cannot be ordered.
  • You may be required to email an image of the credit card and identification.
